Default Radio not receiving power

Hello everyone! I have a 1998 Lexus ES300, and the radio is not receiving power. However, everything else in the car is working fine.

I have removed the Rad. No. 2 and Rad. No. 1 from the fuse box covered by the coin box under the steering wheel and the fuse box under the hood, respectively. I have checked both and they are functional. Could you help me fix this issue? Thank you.

I'm almost 100% positive it's the amp. I had this problem a while back. You will need to replace the stock amp behind the glove box.

How do I get to it? Do I have to take out the glove box?

yep. open the glove box and remove the three screws up top. then remove the two under the glove box and the one on the side by the door trim.
