Default Suspension noise after new suspension (2001 Coach Edition)

Got new LCA's, ball joints, inner/outer tie rods/shocks/springs/top mount, sway bar bushings, sway bar endlinks, pretty much everything new front and rear but I get this annoying sound..
Sorry for the AC vent ****.. was trying to hold the phone, but was turning the wheel side to side

Yes I did grease the endlinks, Yes I did torque down everything with load on em.. Only thing I can think of is maybe LCA isn't sitting right? Or struts? I got the sach's quickstruts

i doubt that anyone on the net can help. What I think (just my opinion), need to happen is. you need to put the car in the air, and have someone move the steering wheel while you're under it to find the source of the noise.

i think it's a spring moving on the shock, because someone forgot to put the lower rubber spring isolator in place.

Those struts are not exactly known for their quality. Might be a strut bearing binding up causing the spring to make noise.

Hmm I went with them because they had good reviews, much better than any other quick strut :/
So at most I would have to change the mount with OEM and get another alignment?

The OEM parts may not be compatible with the Sachs components, not sure. If you find out the strut is making noise can't you just exchange it?

oh guys I really was shooting in the dark with my spring suggestion, .. it's a 'guess' at best. go with my first thought, .. get it in the air, get someone to move the wheel, it could be alot of things.

Hmmm went to 2 different alignment shops, one couldn't figure it out and gave up.. One said it might be the steering rack.. they said strut bearings should make a knock sound, not that kind of sound.. I still think its the bearing because these cars have common issues with them

That's more of a creaking sound. Perhaps try swapping the old struts back in to see if the problem goes away? Then you can narrow it down to those strut mount bearings.

It could also be a really dry ball joint or tie rod end. Did you grease those as well?
