Default 2001 making a whining noise

Hello everyone. First post and first Lexus. I have a 2001 es300 with 112,000 that is making a whining noise when I first start the car. My first thought was the power steering fluid, since it sounds the as having low power steering fluid. The noise only happens for the first 10 minutes and goes away. It is coming from the front right of the engine bay if you're facing the front of the car. Any ideas? I've posted a video in hopes it helps explains the sound.

I can't see the video at work.
But I have a 97 ES300 with +260k miles and it whines in the cold morning. I am in Canada and it is below freezing here. The whining noise goes away after a few minutes. All my fluids are good.

I believe it is just the cold/old bearings and idlers

TIghtening your accesory belt with fix the issue. Had the exact same issue and I couldn't figure it out, finally tightened and haven't heard a peep from it in months.

01LEXPL, the noise is coming from the driver side of the engine. I dont think the AC compressor is on that side correct?

I'm having the same issue as of now, but minds whines when the AC is on and that screeching noise is even louder when the radiator fan turns on. Hey es30000000, how did you tightened the accessory belt.

No its not, but... that makes no sense, nothing is spinning on the driver side.

OP: That's not whining, it's buzzing. I feel like the only thing on that side of the engine bay that could possible make that kind of noise is your electric fan. Maybe the bearing is bad?
