Programming Remote Key without Master Key?
 

I misplaced the remote key for my 2005 Lexus ES330. I see that they are selling the keys online for much cheaper than they are at the dealership. See here. I have found programming instructions online, but they seems to indicate that I would need a master key, which I am assuming is the one I lost. I have a valet key, but no key with a remote inside. Ideally, I would just want the new key to unlock the doors and trunk. Is there any way to do this without having to pay the dealer $120/hour to program it? Is a cheaper remote (a non-key remote) that can be purchased separately that could be used to unlock the doors and trunk? Thanks.
