ES 300 CEL - code P0773

ES 300 CEL - code P0773
Hi,
I have a 96 ES 300. The CEL came on a week ago. I took the car to a mechanic today and I got the code P0773. It seems to be related to a transmission solenoid error. The mechanic reset it and said that there is nothing I need to do now. But after driving for a few miles the CEL came back on. I am not sure if it could be the same problem or smth else.
Has anyone had similar code or problem before? I would appreciate any help.
