Default Replacing a rear assembly bar passenger side

Mam'/Sir, I am working on a 97' Lexus ES 300 and I am trying to replace the rear assembly bar (bushings) and I am unable to remove the long bolt holding the wheel spindle. any suggestions?

Heat, thats all. I;m actually lookign to replace the rear contol are/trailing arm bushings myself. I asked one of the mechanics at work (I work at the deaker), and he said it;s either going to come out easy, or it;s going to be rusted in and be absolute hell..
