Windshield wiper question

I was about to get some new wipers and thought of something. Can I replace the ENTIRE wiper system, not just the wiper itself? The bar and everything it's attached to. Mine is real faded and I wouldn't mind spending the money to have everything looking new again

You would have to get those parts from Lexus....probably a small fortune.
Why not just invest a couple of hours and a can of quality spray paint.
