Needle light
 
I keep reading posts about issues, and solutions on how to fix the burned out light on the needles in the instrument cluster of 2nd Gen Lexus.

I have not seen similar posts for the 3rd Gen Lexus. Does that mean that those cars don't have this problem. If so, than what was changed?
