Default Sunroof Lubrication

Anyone know what type of lubricant should be used for the Sunroof mechanism, linkages, and rails?

White lithium grease will do the job. WD-40 is too thin and doesn't last long enough.

I used white lithium grease on all my Legend windows and they now go up and down without seizing up like they used to. Also I used it on the old W123 sunroof tracks and it moves much faster.

Edit: this was the tubed white lithium grease, not the spray can type.
