:mad::mad::mad:
upon further review of the tints today, i found that they had left
numerous bubbles under the tints, as well as scratches on the tints. But that is nothing compared to what they left in the leather, they left a giant rip in the leather, which is impossible to repair :mad:, i am extremely disappointed, i payed for their carlessness when they were handiling the car :egads::mad: :thumbdn::thumbdn: |

Damn man. :thumbdn: did you go back?

they definitely need to do something on the leather. But the longer you wait, the longer they have a reason to say they didn't do that, and aren't going to do anything about it....if not now. Be assertive!!!

as for the bubbles. give it some time, it hasn't cured yet
|
The bubbles in the tints will most likely go away as the tints haven't cured yet. The scratches on the tints, however is not right. And as for the rip in your leather, you should definitely go back to the shop and demand for action to be done, and make sure to talk with the manager and whoever was working on your car.
P.S. Thanks for letting me know about this place, I too live in Miami and am in need of tints and know know to steer clear of this place. |
ok, no problem alex, and thanks guys, i think i will call them today and see what they say!
