02 03 04 lexus es300 blk ccfl halo projector headlights
So I came across this site that supposedly sells these headlights. The problem is, they are the only sellers to sell it for the 02-04 es300 models (that I can find). Everywhere else, they only make it for the 05 & 06 models. Did they make a mistake or is it a one size fits all deal?

IMO, those particular lights would look absolutely horrible. The black reflection part doesn't help.
And it should be noted that their "comparison pictures" are the same picture, with the brightness turned down on one of them. That kind of stuff would drive me away.

these are uber-gay. Don't buy those.
The projectors are sub-par to OEM spec, and the light output and build quality is very questionable...
If you don't have the HID-optioned headlights with projectors source a set of those.
I have seen countless examples on eBay selling for <200$ with shipping per side.
