98 vs 95 Lexus ES300

Will I run into any problems swapping a 98 engine into a 95 ES300?

New to the board, thanks for your help.

Are there any kind of electrical differences, computer or ignition or anything? I could use some assurance.
thanks

You'll have to change some of the acessories and the intake plenum/fuel rails. The main block and heads are the same. :)

what do you mean by accessories?
do you mean the whole intake plenum along with throttle body? i'm assuming i can pull off the '95 engine the fuel rails and everything else above.
thanks

The Fuel system is different, so ALL that needs to be swapped. The Intake Plenum, throttle body, is also different. The EGR valve (attached to the Plenum) is different. The VSV/vacuum rail is completely different. The Alternator and Compresor I think are the same, not sure on the PS Pump. Of course, you have to use your entire '95 wiring harness. Most of the engine sensors should be the same.
