Replacing a plastic seat shield
 

The plastic shield on the right side of my front passenger seat has broken off (looks like some one stepped on it). I purchased a replacement to install myself but cant find any instructions anywhere. A mechanic at my Lexus dealership said these things break off all the time and it is held on by two screws but you need to remove the seat cushion to get to them. Has anyone had to replace this shield and if so how do I do it?
