I see u go to island one of my freinds are trying to built a track in nepa. If u are on facebook he is starting a petition to see what kind response he will get before he puts all this money in to it. It might be closer to you than island and also brand new. Yes this is why he is doing it to keep it off the streets, but it kind of hard when you have to drive so far to get to a track.
