ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion - 1996 ES300 wont start! please help

I bought this 96 lexus es300 from an auction for 700 bucks. has 263k miles on it but ran perfectly before one day it would not start to save its life- i bought it with no keys and a small paper with the history of the vehicle. Owned by a doctor who traveled the states in this lexus. Its a one owner vehicle so i figured it should be an easy fix- come to find out i have no idea whats keeping it from running......
what ive done:
turns over quickly
replaced good timing belt- timing perfect
new plugs and coil packs, gets spark
new injectors and injector rails- gets fuel with adequate pressure
gets air...im pretty sure
clean oil, clean fuel,
perfect compression
new battery
no trouble codes....
full diagnostics brings back nothing just wont run

can anyone help me find a new direction to go with this? i thought fuel and spark is all i needed to run lol apparently not with lexus :-( this is becoming a night mare! any help is greatly appreciated
