Default fuel pump keeps dying

what would keep my fuel pump dying? ive replaced 2 already and am ready to try a third. i was told it was likely the fuel pressure regulator. the fuel filter has been replaced within the last 500 miles, would it be clogged already? some guy told me to check the oil pressure switch but i dont see what that has to do with anything. the car is going roughly 200 to 300 miles before the pump dies.

Are you buying used or POS quality fuel pumps? OR are you using a good quality new one one?

IMHO any aftermarket part is POS (piece of ???)
Cheap parts always fail early!
Always go with OEM parts never had a problem I learned that years back on an old Corolla then my parents Tercel the aftermarket oil filter was installed and against the radiator and had to redo front brakes with OEM pads aftermarket just started sliding and not stopping.

i went around a corner and the car died. put in the fuel pump and fuel filter and it was fine, tank was clean as a whistle. fuel pump dies about 2 to 300 miles later. replace fuel pump again, same thing. 2 to 300 miles later the pump dies again. im assuming. since it was the same exact problem last 2 times. something is killing these pumps.

I'd almost make a bet it's not even the pump going bad. How do you know the pump is bad? Are you testing them after you take them out?

test it external to the tank before replacing it with a new one, this time
if the pump is not bad, I have some possible failures for what is causing your problem , ill tell you when we get to that point
