Timing belt tensioner

I've done a bit of searching, but couldn't exactly find what I was after. Vehicle in question is a '02 ES300 due for its 90,000 mile service. Whilst replacing the timing belt, I'm going to replace the cam seals, water pump and tensioner along with it. Might as well get the whole lot out the way.

The parts guy at the dealer has me confused though. He kept saying I need to purchase 2 auto tensioners, but I can only see one in the service diagram (part number 13540-20030). Can somebody who's tackled this job before confirm as to whether or not what I'm being told is true? This'll be the first time I open the timing cover on a 1MZ. :)

Also, here is my list of items to cover for 90,000 miles. If anyone has any suggestions, or if something is missing and needs to be on the list, I would very much appreciate the input!
  • Timing belt and tensioner
  • Cam seals (2)
  • Water pump
  • Spark plugs (possibly NGK iridiums)
  • PCV valve
  • Transaxle filter/gaskets
  • Air filter (including cabin filter)
  • Fuel filter
  • Radiator cap
  • Thermostat
  • Radiator inlet/outlet hoses
  • Power steering flush
  • DOT 3 brake fluid
  • Cooler line transaxle flush with Type-IV
  • Coolant flush with Toyota Super Long Life
  • Clean throttle body/MAF

Engine oil wise, it's Mobil 1 5W-30 ESP with a Motorcraft FL-793 or Toyota/Denso 90915-20004 filter. I'm probably overdoing it by replacing some items, but I just want everything addressed in the one go. Cheers. :)

tensioner pulley and hydraulic tensioner are two different things

your list is missing engine oil+filter change, and power steering fluid change, and list of items you should inspect like for example brakes.
