Somewhat of a repeat issue

Now, i am not new to CL, nor am i unaware of the search feature... i have searched through many of problems similiar to mine, but can't seem to find an answer, or rhyme or reason, to my problem...

I have noticed that my check engine light came on, and i went to autozone just as normal, and even my mechanic friend and it reads out the bank 1 o2 sensor is at fault (traction control light has also illuminated)... bought a toyota o2 bank 1 sensor, and replaced it... but for some reason it is still on... now i reset the ECU (removed both battery terminals for a little over 30 mins) and also removed the two ecu fuses (fuse location 10 under the hood and fuse location 28 under coin tray) while the battery terminals are off... and yet and still after 25 - 30 mins of driving, it comes right back on like... oh em geee... what could possibly be wrong?!

i can't recall the codes that it reads out, but its the same P code for the bank 1 os sensor

help me,
help me, help me
please

I believe there are three separate codes for each O2 sensor. Without knowing the specific code it is difficult to determine what to check next. One code deal specifically with the O2 heater, Have you checked the fuse? Have you inspected the vac hoses? When the ECM sets a code, there are several steps you should take, depending on the code, to determine what the problem is. For instance, the O2 heater code could be just a blown fuse.

On top of what George above said, was it the radiator or firewall side O2 you replaced?

well come to think of things, i think it might have been installed in the wrong slot, when i am looking under the hoof [which is somewhat filthy btw] it is in the front right(facing)... i will try n take pictures in the morning for addition support, to my understanding, is bank 1 in the back of the engine?
