First spray the connection/fitting with penetrating oil (PB Blaster or WD 40) and remove with a flare nut wrench. A word of caution, if you are stumped removing the line I would take it to a mechanic. You need to bleed the brakes when you are done and working on the braking system is a safety issue to you and others on the road. Please be careful.
