99 ES300 stereo buttons unlit
 

The 3/4 radio preset button and two other buttons on the stereo unit have gone dark/ burnt out. They won't light up anymore. I searched the forum for an answer on how to.. replace a bulb within the stereo unit? I haven't pulled the stereo out yet to find out myself, but does anyone know how to go about replacing the bulbs?
