I have a 1996 ES300 with 73,000 miles on it. Problem: Fog lamps are out. The fuses are all good, the bulbs work when connected to another power source. Where is the foglight relay switch? and is this the likely problem?

I had the same thing happen several years ago, I dismantled the lights and cleaned the contacts. After a couple of engine restarts they 'magically' worked...

Any suggestions?
