Default Engine NOISE felt on GAS PEDAL HELP!!!

Heys guys I drive a 1996 Lexus ES300 with 110K on the clock and everytime I drive my car when I'm in drive pressing the pedal I feel all the engine noise and roar on the gas pedal and it just didnt feel smooth. Its even worse when I turn the air conditioning on and I can feel more engine noise on that pedal. Does anyone have any idea or can help me bulls eye this problem thank.

Any CEL's?

Your whole intake plenum and everything on it could probably use a good cleaning. Go buy yourself a can of throttle body cleaner and go nuts (not literally).

Probably not at high speeds. But if you feel anything at idle then yes. Check what vwynn said first because that sounds the most probable, then if that doesn't fix it do what I said. And if it still isn't fixed check back, good luck either way!

OK when the car is at idle it idles fine, but I noticed that when I come turn the car on after being off overnight it turns over kind of hard, sometime it will turn over smoothly and other times it turns over hard. BadViper22 when I feel that engine noise is when im driving at lower speeds, it kind of goes away after I have reach fourth gear or when im at higher speed when the engine is already coastine. I also noticed when I put the car in drive i feel a slight thump?

check for an exhaust leak too

but you wouldn't feel it from the motor mounts being worn, in 95% of cases, I know from experience

it's kindof normal for there to be some vibration that you are feeling, it's just that a newer car isolates these better than an old car.

Well is there a way to physically check the mount for any faults or cracks, cause I drove my uncles 94 es300 and I didnt feel any engine noise on his pedal it felt very smooth and drove like a different car, I felt kind of mad about it. LLCOOLPASS you want to test drive my car to see if you notice anything????

Maybe you can just replace the mount anyway?
Maybe its not too expensive...

I think Im going to have all the mounts replaced its $330 for all original mounts shipped from Lexus in Pembrooke Pines in Florida They were like %30 off of MSRP so at least that a good discount. http://www.trademotion.com/shoppingc...26callout%3D11
