Default Instrument light out after remove/replace

Well, I removed my instrument panel to replace one light, along the bottom, and when I put it back, I now have no lights around my tac. now i did have some other lights that I needed to replace, but I didn't have the lights. I was really making sure I was able to even do it. Kind of a test run. So do you think it is just coicental that the lights went out, or could I have messed something up? I checked all the wires and there were no loose ones and all the connectors seems fine. Nothing bent or anything. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Houston

It is possible that the other lights died from the shock of your removing the cluster b/c afterall, the bulbs are 12 years old. If I were you, I'd get replacement LEDs for the backlighting bulbs (there are 8 of them) and see if that brings your cluster lighting back to life.
