Default O2 Sensors

I need new ones. Can I buy another one meant for another car and have it fit on this one. The dealer wants $400, and that is a little much. It's a 92.
Thanks guys.

$400 just for an O2 sensor?!? I guess thats the price for all of them being replaced, including service, right? I'd try the auto parts store. I replaced the O2 sensors on a '96 GMC truck and payed about $30-$40 for the sensor. It can't be that big of a difference on your ES.

As a matter of fact I was under our '99LS the other day. Yeah, just happened to be under it Actually my parents ran over a turtle in Florida and I was checking the underbelly of the car. Turtle was fine, no flames!!! I happened to take notice of the O2 sensor, and didn't see anything different from our GMC pickup. Check the local parts store and see what they have for your ES.

A Bosch 02 sensor will run you about $60. If it fits the 92-93 Camry V6 (3VZ-FE engine, just like yours), you'll be fine.

Find a place that sells Bosch O2 sensors, and you'll save a ton of cash.
