Any experts? Help needed

I recently have developed a problem with my 99 es 300 with 93k miles. The car would stall out after starting for the first time of the day, I had to hold my foot on the gas for about 3 minutes before it would go. I was told to clean the throttle body, I sprayed throttle body cleaner in theTB as best I could without taking it off.

Now, after 3 days The car always feels like its going to stall and usually does after I start it. just got codes P0125 P1135 and P1133. Now I am nervious to drive to the toyota dealer 20 miles away, I know it will stall in traffic, Does anyone know what could be this cause? anyone have similar problem? , always get excelent advise from this forum thats why I check here before calling around. any help would be much appreciated.

all a/f sensor related codes...
P0125 1MZ-FE: Engine: P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temp. For Closed Loop Fuel Control (1999 ES300 ES330)
P1135 1MZ-FE: Engine: P1135, P1155 A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (1999 ES300 ES330)
P1133 1MZ-FE: Engine: P1133, P1153 A/F Sensor Circuit Response Malfunction (1999 ES300 ES330)

my last car had an a/f sensor that puked and the same thing happened- either wouldn't start or stalled on me all the time. of course you wanna confirm the a/f sensor is the problem before replacing. the one for my car was a few hundred bucks.
