How To Change Headlight bulb
I tried to change the bulb today and i pulled on the rubber tube that looked to be leadin to the headlight and it just popped off whats the deal? Also i bought H7 bulbs are these right for low beams?

H7 is the correct bulb for the low beams.
If you have already popped off the rubber gasket, the bulb is held in with a metal clip. You will need to loosen this clip in order to release the bulb from the headlight. |

Hey guys,
So....I'm going through a divorce and don't have the soon to be ex to change my headlight bulb and the auto store won't help. I've changed many on my Volvo and Saturn, but haven't attempted with the Lexus. I know this is silly, but can someone give me "dummy" instructions so I don't break anything? I'm changing both low beams. I'm sorry. Really appreciate anyone replying. |

Lexucan,
Thanks a bunch!!! I really appreciate it...I try to avoid calling my ex for small things (we are friends....more like annoying family members, but still!)...so I very much appreciate it. I was able to do it....I just didn't know if I should be aware of anything different with Lexus bulb changing. Many thanks for this reply and the others you have replied to for me =) Jenn |
Jenn, you should divorce the Saturn too....;)
