Default Replaced battery after car sits and electronic issues

I just replaced the battery on a '99 ES 300. The car hasn't been driven for about 3-4 weeks now. After I replaced the battery, the car starts fine again; BUT, there is no radio, there is AC, the RPM and SPeedometer dials do NOT work. The lights (in and out of the car) on the other hand work. What gives?
There is NO check engine light either, so anyone got an idea how it can be fixed??
Thanks alot

Make sure the cables are on the right terminals.

LOL!!! They are on the right terminal!!!
Funny thing is, Canadian Tire gave me a MIS-LABELLED BATTERY that had the ends switched out!!! So I took it back to them and told them that this can't be the battery. So after they compared the battery I bought to another new battery, they realized that the first one had been mislabelled!!
Confused yet? ha ha
Maybe the fuses have gone bad?? :S
I've had really bad experiences with Canadian Tire! Worst service ever!! But they are 30 seconds away

Checked all the fuses. They are all good except the ALT 100A fuse!!! I guess that would explain my problems.... BUTTTTTTTTT........I can't seem to get that fuse out if my life depended on it!!

Anyone got any tips on how to yank that specific sucker out?? Cuz it feels like it is glued on there. Thanks a million....

The fuse has two screws holding it in place from the side. The fuse panel box must be removed and the two screws removed in order to remove the fuse.
