Default Ready to replace my struts

Ok guys I bought Genuine Lexus struts from a friend of mine that works for Lexus for $250 for all four struts, I need to know if I need to replace the struts mounts and end links with the struts, now where can I get new spring seats, my friend said they dont sell at Lexus anymore for my 96ES300. Show I replace the springs to or leave the original ones? any input or help from u guys would be great.

I believe Pheonix was telling you to try the Toyota dealership.

I reused the spring seats in my 97 when I replaced the shocks (165k). Wish I'd replaced the rubber. The struts should come with the replacement bolts. Don't forget to tighten to the correct torq specs!!! Good luck and let us know how it went.

Default Strut Replacement

Interesting. The reason I logged on tonight was to ask about struts. I have a '95 ES with 191,000 miles and I'd like to have the original struts replaced. No bouncing, but my son told me I'd get a much better ride if I finally replace them. Any opinions? I understand parts and labor will be approx. $1000. Agree?
