egr vacuum modulator p q hoses into tb
i cleaned my vacuum modulator.
but when i disconnected p, q hoses and when i blow air into p hose going to throttle body it doesn't pass the air through? is that normal? the q hose does allow air into tb.
i also have code p0401.

check engine light is gone for now, after 45 miles of driving today didn't come back, i also cleaned the egr gas temperature sensor, but i believe my throttle body was clogged up pretty bad to not let the vacuum pass to modulator.
