With TSBs on hand, you may or may not get a problem fixed for free on your car, but Lexus shouldn't charge you for the full price of the job. TSBs are probably the next best thing to warranty work.

I think that's almost like trying to use a grocery coupon with an expiration date... the TSB won't help you because you already paid for the service job on your car.
