Thumbs up Guess what...I'm finally dropped!!!!!!

I'll let the pics do the talking:

When storing your rims...never stack them on top of one another lol...I'm getting this fixed soon

That's about it for now pic wise....I managed to snap these when I got home after leaving the mechanic's garage.

Let me know what you guys think

Thumbs up

Stats:

1999 ES300 Coach Edition circa...88K
New: -NGK Iridium Spark plugs..(the good ones 601s or something like that I don't have the small boxes up here right now...anyhow they were part of my tune up over haul project)

-New KYB GR2 Struts AND new KYB strut mounts (very important)
-New Tein S tech Lowering Springs
-New TRD Rear Sway bar
-New Front Strut Tower brace
-New Ceremic Aekebono? Brake pads (no sqeeks/brake dust yesss!!!)
-New Brembo rotors
-Slightly used SC430 wheels (I've had for over a year now)
-Kumho Ecsta ASX tires with about 6K on them now (best bang for the buck...I forgot the size I think they're 225/65/18????

So far so good! I'm not sure if I left anything out yet but my car feels brand new! Driving home I was able to take turns on S curves I normally would slow down on! I hit this one spot over here on Lake shore drive near downtown at 55mph no problem with virtually 0 body lean etc!

Thanks Chris and everyone who looked out for me when I had a gazillion questions about this project. Now its my turn to shine in the light....

All you 97-01 ES owners looking to breathe new light into your cars...I cannot stress it enough...you owe it to yourself to at least consider doing a suspension mod and adding the TRD rear sway bar along with the front strut tower brace. I noticed the difference right away.

The only thing I say is a downside are those damn Chicago pot holes. You'll hate them now because the nice loud plump your factory wheels/tires made now becomes a nice jolt if you're careless...believe me I know this one very well lol

hey tiguy! looks great! we have like 4 or 5 of us now with similar setups. where did you get the front brace and rear sway bars? and how much were they? i get pretty good handling with the 18's and the s-tech drop but i'd like a little more stability. do you have anything else planned for your car?

Sorry about the slow responces. I just got off work (God I hate my job) and have a million things to do but....lets see

I got the TRD bar from www.trdsource.com for like 175ish shipped and the front strut brace off Ebay for like 20ish. Its so funny because I remember getting these wheels like a year ago or so and like 2 other people out there had them now its like 5 of us lol. Anyhow welcome my fellow SC430 wheeler friends! Now get this suspension mod done ASAP lol!

The ride is factory like with a slight sporty edge more like 10% more sportier. I still haven't made it to the wheel shop for an alignment and one of my rims were bent when I got them (thanks Ebay lol) so when I get those fixed later this upcoming week I'll be able to give my full review. But so far so good

Funny thing is I actually like these The other ones are good too but too many SCers out there have them now. Even the lawyer that parks over about 5 spots from me has them on his red 430. (Whenever his stock rims are on)

The full close look brings out the ES's curves more IMO. Like how the wonder bra brings out a woman's *****
