Get drilled ones -- they look very nice with stock es wheels (and aftermarket ones). As far as pads go, don't use your stock ones -- get the semi-metallics. I'm about to order cross drilleds, springs, shocks and some other suspension stuff in a bit here, so ill let you know how they feel and look.
