Well, my friend has just upgraded his 300zx to stage 9, and gave me his old t22 turbos. What do you guys think i should do here? A single turbo setup is looking very possibly, but a twin setup probably won't happen. All i need now is a downpipe, intercooler, a custom exhaust manifold and a lot of patience.

thats goin to cost $$$$$

while ur at it might as well get a ballbearing turbo so it will spool up faster..

let us know what happens good luck

oh yea u will need all the intercooler piping,

plus fuel management unit, fuel pump, posibbly a better ignition system, blow of valve, wastegate(someturbo comes with internal wastegates) probly gota get a bigger exhaust piping to get more power

but damn ur goin to have one hell of a es300

Speaking of es300's and turbo's -- has anyone seen an es300 from toledo that's got a single turbo? He was at kil-kare speedway a while ago, and i believe he was running 12 second 1/4 miles.

Question

I'm assuming that's something completely custom and expensive.
