Angry Millenium Silver ES300 paint finish

Help! Someone rear ended me a few weeks ago, got it into the shop and repaired no problem, but then I noticed that the finish on the back bumper matched the trunk but no longer matched the front bumper and trim molding on the sides. The front bumper and side molding appear to be a slightly different shade. I spoke to my salesman and he informed me that the paint the hard/soft surfaces different colors. Then followed up with a call to the parts department where I received the code UCAC3 for the bumpers. However, when I went to drop my 2002 ES300 off at my insurance company to have the bumper repainted, they called the dealer to verify and the parts department stated that the entire vehicle should be the 1C0 code with no different color for the bumper and trim. Very frustrated as now the back bumper doesn't match the front and the trim. While not noticeable to some I notice it and feel odd driving it the way that it is yet the insurance company says that they have no way of fixing the finish given the dealer is stating the color is the same for the entire vehicle. Anyone have this type of paint finish variance????
Thanks for any info you may be able to provide.

my 2002 is millenium silver too.
paint code is on stick on driver's door jam. 2002 millenium silver is 1CO.

had my rear bumper repainted due to drunk driver side swiping me. Body shop matched it perfectly. Another time the car had to have some paint done on the right side. Again, paint matched perfectly.

Both body shops did say that silver is hard to match exactly, but if they take there time and they have a good paint guy, you wouldn't notice and I don't.

Press the body shop to redo it with paint code 1CO. You must have gotten some kind of satisfaction guarantee, I hope.
