You should never judge an oil by its color if you really want to find out how the oil is holding up do an oil analysis. This should give you a piece of mind.

Hi,
How can I do an oil analysis?? you know this type of oil (mobile1) is too expinsive comparing to others and I beleive it should last longer. But the color which means it's burned out (generally) keeps me worry about keeping it for more than milahes mentioned above.

Oh my god...
As stated everywhere on Earth, color has nothing to do with the shape oil is in... Every oil discolors at some point. Which is mostly determined by what kind of crap is in the engine to begin with.
How do you do an oil anylisys??? The same as everyone else. Buy a sample kit & mail it off.
