so i can acces the speaker only by popping up the cover , dont need to remove the door panel itself ( on 98 es) ?

^ no, you will break the grill if you pull on it. I recommend removing the door. If you've used a screwdriver in your life, you'll manage. Here 3-4 on the bottom, one between the door handle, cover pops off, then remove the tweeter wiring. Then it's clips once you pull on it. Really, it's 2mins to remove it
