It appears as if they might not be adjustable. Looking for a piece of wood to shim it into submission. I mean allignment.

Hey...I looked at the fog's when I replaced my driver side unit...it did not seem adjustable....I could be wrong but nothing obvious caught my eye. Perhaps the housing is not seated flush in it's socket...did you play around with it?

I dont know how they are adjusted but i did replace my left bulb recently. And yeah something in there is not right its adjusted down.
so i would say uninstall that assembly and try again. Ide say turn on the lights and have someone tell you when they are aligned correctly then tighted up carefully.
Im just to lazy and have no friends...so mine are going to stay the way they are.

if your foglight lens look like they're not flush with the black bumper grill (92-96ES) then there's an L-shaped metal bracket where one of the foglight bolts screw into may be bent out of shape somehow. that bracket (held in by a single bolt 10mm?) can reached removed and checked by opening the hood and looking for it from the top. the 95-96ES square foglights don't have aiming screws so i guess it's aimed by how the housing is bolt in. hope that helps.
