Default Red Optima battery?I think i bought the wrong one

I had a dead battery and I found the red optima batteries where good and long lasting. I bought the red Optima one today and I forgot to look at the size of the battery from my es300. So i chance it and bought the red optima battery. I dunno it kinda doesn't fit right. Can anyone tell me if this battery is the right one? What model number and type optima batteries will fit exactly in the es300's? POST YOUR OPTIMA BATTERY MODEL NUMBER IF YOU RUNNING THE SAME IN YOUR CAR.

I have this one

Optima Battery Fact sheet
Model: d3478d750u
Color yellow
Terminal dual top & side post
Volts 12
AH 55
AMPS @ 32F 870
CCA @ 0F 550
Reserve Capacity 120
Length 10
Width 6.8
Height 7.8
Weight 44

It was a little short for the factory hold down bar. I ended up cutting a piece of 3/4" MDF to the size of the battery tray and now everything fits perfect.

You can see pics at my cardomain site.

Although not the ES, the D34 or D34/78 is also the one used in the GS. Did you get the 75/35 at CostCo? This is the only size available at CostCo.

As for the D34, it is not the same size as the OEM one for the GS either but it is the closest and is the one used by GS owners.

Just some extra tidbits on Lexus and Optima. Use it as you see fit.
