HI,

I have 97 es with 18" and I have intrax 1.5" lowering springs comming. I was wondering are they are hard to put on(any complications)? My friend and I are putting them on and I read something about taking out the back seat and something else but I didn't know if that was for a 97 or not.

Are you changing out the struts as well? It would probably be best if you're still on OEM struts since they will wear out faster with aftermarket springs...which will ultimately give you a bouncy ride. Because the strut/spring is a macpherson design, you have no choice but to remove the strut with it. So yes, the rear are the most difficult to deal with which does involve removing the rear seat to access the top mounts.
