So i recently bought a 2001 es300 with 98,000 miles and i filled the car up because it was on E and the fuel light came on but ever since then it’s been stuck on full, i’ve read through forums and haven’t really found a clear answer or some options i could check, any help is appreciated!

How many miles did you drive since then?
If you drove more than 300 miles, does the actual Low Fuel light come On?

There could be a couple of causes, most of them link directly to the Float in the Tank, it seems like it either jammed or hung on something, since if it looses contact, it usually goes to the other end of the scale. With that, it depends on how much are you driving, as those floats are not the most accurate instruments, and may stay at the top for some while, at least that was the case with one of my other cars.
