05 ES330 Hesitation/Jerk when accelerating.
I have a 2005 Lexus ES330 with 196,000+ miles.
Since I've had it from 140,000 Miles I have a very noticeable jerk and hesitation when leaving a stop sign or just slowing down and speeding back up at moderate speeds (30-40MPH).
Anyone else have similar problems or know what the problem/fix could be?

I would also be looking at your motor mounts and dog bone. A floppy motor will make shifts feel like crap.
Use the Toyota fluid. There are brands that claim they are comparable but they are not for shift quality.
