Brake Light Bracket Melted
 

Hello, the socket to insert the brake bulbs is melted. I'm not sure how that occurred but now I need to replace it.

Where can I find the replacement for this whole part?

Can you give us a little info about your vehicle? Year, model etc.

I bought it recently last October sitting at 240k mileage.

You need a new tail light. This happened because of high resistance meaning a poor connection between the bulb and socket. Not a difficult part to find on Ebay.
