Wiper Issue /Fuse Question

Hey yall...All of sudden my wipers will not work on the first speed...the other two speeds work fine.
I'm trying to pull the relay which is under the console to verify its working. I'm being a little cautious because I'm good at tearing things up..but I just cant see how it comes out, Does anyone have any experience with this. According to my research the two black modules are the relays. Not sure what the silver module is in the middle, even though it has a plate that is attached to that screw. The relays are showing nothing holding it them in. I tried to take a picture up under but was not helpful. Thanks a million.

I'm just guessing but I'd be more inclined to think the combo switch on the column is at fault. Do you have auto wipers?

Hey Man, thanks for link. I see know i should be able to pull out the bottom piece of the white connector separately. After thinking about it though, If I thought the relay was suspect I would have to figure out how to pull the relay itself but holding off, now I think Ill check out the switch on the column like you suggested. Researching it now. thanks for the lead..

On the column switch, is there a way to troubleshoot it without buying another one to swap out?

There probably is a procedure in the factory service manual if you feel like paying a few dollars to get it
