What else can I say? Years ago undercoating cars was done as an aftermarket procedure by automotive dealers to help prevent premature rusting and also to add to the purchase price of the car. This continued for a few years until the manufacturers did this as part of the assembly procedures. If you look at the warranties today, rust through is part of this warranty. The length of this warranty is dependent on the manufacturer. On your 1995 ES the warranty was for 6 year / unlimited corrosion perforation. Naturally, your car is not warranteed anymore because of it's age. I don't know what else to advise in your situation, but I definitely don't think it's advisable to remove your door panels to spray in these aftermarket inhibitors.;)
