Default Service & Maintenance Record book ?

Hi All - did you all receive your Service & Maintenance Record book with your new CT200h? I didn't and wondering if I am missing it.

Default Melted headlamps!!

Right headlamp

Left headlight
hi all my Lexus CT200h is 2017, however I have just noticed my headlights have melted! Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was done? Assume it is covered under warranty?

Should be under orig manuf warranty. And if it is, bring it in. My experience with newer cars is that if you feel something is not right about your car, bring it in. Make the stealership fix/repair/resolve your concerns. Don't wait til you run out of warranty, then they're gonna "steal" from ya..

Default New headlamps ordered

Well I called the garage I bought car at and thy have ordered me new headlamps as this is the first (supposedly) it has ever happened. Lexus changed from glass to plastic over 2 years ago. Seems this was an issue with Toyota’s in the past. Anyway it will be covered under my warranty, thankfully.
Either way, the lights are very hot and I was petrified it would go on fire. But Lexus say all ok.

Well, that's interesting, but glad you got it squared away. I'll be keeping an eye on this "melting" issue for sure.
