Has anyone experienced a loss of MPG?

by half tank of gas, i usually get close to 200 total miles driven, but last time I only got 150-160ish. usually by the time i fill up, i'm close to 380-400 total miles, but last i was filling up at 360ish.

my driving habits are extremely conservative, and my tires are new (oem spec) with proper inflation. my car only has around around 30k miles, 2013 model.

Change in outside temps will affect the overall MPG. Colder it gets, you will get less mileage.

I would recommend this time of year to bump your tires to 40 psi because it is colder outside. Low tire pressure can definitely affect your MPG, the new tires are they same as the last set? Do they have the same low rolling resistance as the last set?
