The owner is an electrical engineer. In addition to servicing hybrid battery packs, he buys wrecked Nissan Leafs and uses their guts to do electric car conversions.
He actually said that I was really lucky, as mine was the first Camry Hybrid he'd heard of or seen where only one cell had failed. He said typically with Prius only 1 or 2 cells fail while with the Camries the whole pack fails.
Anyway, on the chance that you get the HV battery error message and you can't find someone locally give him a call or email I'm sure he'd be happy to help.
