I wondered the same thing when I purchased my used 2014 CT200H. And I can verify that the grille from and F-Sport does in fact fit perfectly onto a Non-F-Sport Model. I did some investigating and the years 2014-2017 all have the same front bumper grill assembly. The Grilles are compatible here's the proof as I did the conversion myself this summer. The Bumper DOES NOT have to be replaced... You do in fact have to take off the entire front bumper grille assembly to remove the old grille and insert the F-Sport grille as it requires lot's of tabs, screws and clips. The 2014-2017 CT200H grille consists of Two Separate grilles that need to be purchased to make one complete grille. The top and bottom connect together to create the illusion of one complete piece.

I will write up a detailed followup in the future of all of the screws, clips and things to watch out for when taking on this task. It is totally doable and worth it in the end!.
