On. Better aerodynamics, prevents any fluids/leaks from dropping on the ground, keeps engine bay safe from debris I may run over, etc... Also, my mechanic does my oil changes so yea. =P

when i had my c230 i left the panel out. i dont think was good idea. i just bought a ramp to do oil changes or hopefully i can find a good place that does oil changes.
