Beamshot Comparison - Opt7 FluxBeam X LED vs Morimoto Elite HID

Headlights are the same height adjustment for both sets. I tried to park in exactly the same spot as well.

TOP - Opt7 FluxBeam X LED 6000K (no fog lights)
Bottom - Morimoto Elite HID 5500K (no fog lights)

The 5500's seem like they cast farther. That car parked against the curb in the distance seems better lit up that the 6k.

Unfortunately I don't. There are no good walls around here for me to do that.

From those two pix, it does seem like the HIDs reach further, however, there clarity of the HID pic if much better. The LED pic looks significantly more blurred.
